Ernie oversees and monitors all aspects of The Gralia Group’s operations and fiscal management, with an emphasis on development activities. He shares these responsibilities and duties with his sister Carole Ann Veratti. Ernie has more than 30 years’ experience in real estate development, construction, marketing, and management. He is also actively involved in the development, management, ownership and operation of The Arbors assisted living communities and childcare centers, as well as multi-family housing and commercial real estate properties. Ernie graduated from Western New England College with a BS in Business Administration.
